This post is brought to you by the power of Past Me who scheduled a future post for right now. A bit mind-numbing, huh? Well, I am currently here…
…celebrating my 10th college (aka university) reunion! A full week of shenanigans and debauchery. Oh, who am I kidding. I bet I will be in bed sound asleep every night after 2 cocktails. But I can dream.
Anyhow…On MMM Day 26 I wore my first Sorbetto. A sheer one that I don’t wear too often because, well, I forgot about it.
I wore it to bake and cook all day in the kitchen, prepping for my husband’s birthday get-together the following day.
Past Me will be back here tomorrow to bring you the latest MMM outfits. And please, please forgive me if I haven’t been commenting on blogs. I’ve been reading them on my phone, which makes it hard to comment. I’ll be back to replying and commenting when I get back in a week.
Oh yay! Hope you have a great reunion! And I love the sheer Sorbetto!

I came to your blog through the coletterie blog. love reading and seeing the pictures. thank you for being so honest and open about sewing for curves! i have some myself, and am always looking for tips on how to sew around them! I see you went to Hollins college. it’s right next-door to where I went to high school for my exchange year (rvcs), so I recognized the area when I saw the picture and credit. I haven’t been back there since 2002 though, but it’s a lovely area. what did you major in? (in uni)

Hello! I graduated Hollins in ’02, so we were in the area around the same time! I majored in English (w/ a concentration in Creative Writing) and History. My time at Hollins were some of happiest memories I have. Did you enjoy your exchange in Roanoke? It’s a beautiful area.
And thank you for stopping by. I hope you find some of my posts helpful. I know how tricky it is to fit a curvy body 🙂

yes, I loved Roanoke! was placed with a wonderful family and had loads of fun. quite a different kind of school from what I was used to in Norway where I’m from. i was back in 2002 to visit, but that was five years after the actual exchange. I still keep in touch with friends from the area.
